You are responsible for the accuracy of any files, text, logos, and artwork you submit, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. We are not responsible for errors (such as typos, low-resolution images, or color expectations) present in approved files. We recommend reviewing proofs carefully before approving production.

Payment

Payment terms are provided with your order or invoice. Orders may require payment or a deposit before production begins.

Returns and reprints

Because most of our work is custom-printed to your specifications, items are generally not returnable. If a product is defective or does not match your approved proof due to our error, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Alaska Business Supply or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
